How distance reiki works.

  • Choose a date/time for your session that works for you.
  • Complete a short intake form.
  • At the selected time you may rest, meditate or even sleep. All I ask is that you lay down and allow yourself to remain undisturbed for the full 60 minutes. If music helps you to relax, I recommend Julie True on Spotify, although there are plenty of reiki playlists and nature sounds available. Please refrain from listening to binaural beats.
  • Receive your written summary within 24 hours of our session.
